Notice flow is keyed on the SAM.gov organisation id. Office profiles are keyed on the office name we recorded on the award. Matching the two on name would be wrong often enough to matter: across the 2,430 offices carrying flow, the name alone collides in 81 groups covering 327 rows, name plus parent still collides in 44, and 166 offices carry no office code at all. Rather than publish a join that silently attaches one office's market to another's awards, the two are shown side by side and left unjoined until the organisation id is carried on the award side too.
